Riklan was established in 2002 by Director Michael Nollas who had the vision to become the premier emergency management educational service in the mining and service industry sector within the Southern Hemisphere.

Currently one of the leading private training organisations in Western Australia, Riklan boasts a large client list including some of Australia’s foremost companies. Riklan provides in-house and on-site comprehensive training courses and unique services to surface and underground mining as well as commercial and the heavy industries sectors in relation to emergency response preparation, preparedness, response and recovery.

Riklan Emergency Management Services has become synonymous with elite training and has a purpose designed training facility in Kalgoorlie Western Australia as well as the Perth Metropolitan area and can also provide the delivery of on-site training.
